    Browse our collections, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter shipping/payment info, and confirm your order. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email/SMS right away.

  4. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe), Net‑Banking, Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

  1. Where do you ship?
    We ship all across India — metros, tier‑2 and tier‑3 cities included.

  2. What are your shipping times?
    Standard delivery takes around 5‑7 business days from dispatch. You’ll receive tracking details via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

  3. Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value or checkout threshold.

  4. Can I track my order?
    Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email/SMS. You can also log in to “My Orders” on psecstore.com to check status.

  5. What if my order is delayed, lost, or damaged?
    If your order is delayed, lost in transit, or delivered damaged/defective, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Provide your order number and photos (if damage). We’ll work with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.


🔁 Orders, Returns & Exchanges

  1. Can I cancel or modify my order?
    Yes — if the order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet. Please contact us immediately with your order number and request.

  2. What’s your return & refund policy?
    We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Email us to initiate a return and we’ll guide you through the process.

  3. Can I exchange an item?
    Direct exchanges are not supported. To change your item, please return the original (within policy) and place a new order for the desired size/style.

  4. What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged product?
    If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number + photos. We’ll either send the correct product or issue a full refund.

  5. Are your clothes true to size?
    Yes — each product page includes a sizing guide. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us and we’ll help you choose the right size.
