What if my order is delayed, lost, or damaged?
If your order is delayed, lost in transit, or delivered damaged/defective, please contact us within 7âŻdays of the expected delivery date. Provide your order number and photos (if damage). Weâll work with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund.

Whatâs your return & refund policy?
We accept returns within 7âŻdays of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. Email us to initiate a return and weâll guide you through the process. -
Can I exchange an item?
Direct exchanges are not supported. To change your item, please return the original (within policy) and place a new order for the desired size/style. -
What if I receive the wrong item or a damaged product?
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged product, email us within 7âŻdays of delivery with your order number + photos. Weâll either send the correct product or issue a full refund. -
