1. What is Psecstore?

Psecstore is an India-based online fashion platform offering stylish, high-quality clothing for men and women. Founded in 2022 and launched in India in 2025, we’re committed to delivering fashion that’s affordable, dependable, and perfect for both everyday wear and Indian occasions.

2. How can I contact customer support?

Email us at info@psecstore.com. We usually respond within 24 business hours, Monday through Saturday.

3. How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment details, and confirm your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after placing it.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept secure payments via:

  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
  • Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Rupay, etc.)
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets
  • Cash on Delivery (available in select locations)

5. Is my personal information secure?

📦 Shipping Information

6. Where do you ship?

We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India. We do not ship internationally at this time.

7. What are your shipping times?

  • Order Processing: 1–2 business days
  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (depending on location)

Note: Delivery times may vary during festivals, sales, or due to courier issues. We’ll notify you of any major delays.

8. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders. Cash on Delivery orders may include a small additional fee visible at checkout.

9. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS to monitor your delivery status.

10. What if my order is delayed, lost, or damaged?

Please email info@psecstore.com within 7 days of your expected delivery date. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue and arrange a refund or replacement, depending on the outcome.

11. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If your order hasn't been shipped, we can update the address. Once shipped, changes aren't possible. Please double-check your address during checkout.

🔁 Orders, Returns & Exchanges

12. Can I cancel or modify my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped, we may be able to cancel or modify it. Contact us as soon as possible at info@psecstore.com.

13. What’s your return and refund policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. To request a return, email us at info@psecstore.com. Please read our full policy on the Returns & Refunds page.

14. Can I exchange an item?

We currently don’t support direct exchanges. To exchange, return the item and place a new order for your preferred size or style.

15. What if I receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged?

We’re sorry! Please email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

16. Are your clothes true to size?

Each product page includes a sizing guide. If you’re unsure, reach out — we’re happy to help with sizing advice.

17. Can I sign up for updates and discounts?

Yes! Scroll to the bottom of any page to subscribe to our newsletter and get updates on launches, offers, and festive sales.

18. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer digital gift cards in multiple denominations. Gift cards are delivered via email and can be used during checkout.
